About the Artist

Greetings! I’m Julie DenBeste, an artist dedicated to exploring the beauty of life through a diverse range of mediums, including oils, acrylics, watercolor, pastel, and mixed media. I love it all. 

“I paint because beauty points me back to the one who made it. Each brushstroke is a small thank you, a quiet kind of prayer. I’m not trying to capture perfection, only to notice and respond. I believe each of us has been blessed with unique abilities, desires, and interests. The Lord has blessed me with the gift of painting, and it brings me great joy to share that gift with others. My hope is that as you look upon my artwork, you will be reminded that you, too, have been uniquely gifted by God. May each time you see it remind you of the blessings within, the beauty of who you are, and the truth that you are deeply loved.

For the past several years, I’ve enjoyed working in my studio at the NACC in Niagara Falls. I also proudly serve on the Board of the Niagara Buffalo Outdoor Painters Association, where we embrace the joys of plein air painting throughout Western New York. My work has been showcased in various art museums and venues, and I cherish the opportunity to share my passion with others.
